Samples ship in 3–7 days. The sample fee is fully refundable against your first bulk order. For existing customers we often send samples free.

We provide GS, CE, and ISO 9001 certificates, plus BSCI audit reports. Certificates can be shared before ordering.

Every order undergoes a pre-shipment AQL 2.5 inspection with photos and a written report. Third-party inspection (SGS, BV) is always welcome at our factory.

Drop tests, torque tests, and salt-spray tests are available on request for specific products. Full documentation (CO, packing list, invoice) ships with every order.

Stock items ship in 7–15 days. OEM orders take 25–40 days including production and custom packaging. We confirm exact lead time in every quotation.

We deliver FOB Ningbo/Yiwu as standard. We can also arrange CIF, CFR, or door-to-door logistics with full export documentation.

T/T (30% deposit, 70% against copy of B/L) for regular orders, and L/C at sight for larger or repeat orders. We can discuss terms based on order size.
